| | Sorry for the lack of update. I went shopping today with my mom. The next week this is how my food intake WILL GO.
Breakfast- Breakfast drink. 250 calories (I know its a lot but its packed with vitamins plus its good to have a good breakfast), womans one a day pill.
Lunch- Special K bar, diet coke, these cheese and cracker snack things (forget what they are called). Total for lunch is 190 calories.
Dinner- Something ranging from 300-500 calories
Daily total: approx 950 a day, plus exercising.
I think its a good plan. No one will bug me about not eating and I'm not eating 1500 calories a day anymore at least.
How are you people... and what are some other good low cal snacks???
