I hate myself today. I had an awful day.
Well lets see I started off the day with hot chocolate and rice cakes. That came out to be 190 calories total... uck.
Then my friend gave me a lolly pop I could not resist. It was 60 calories. That could have been a whole meal right there.... so what am I up to now... 250 and it's not even 11 am.
So I get to lunch... didn't plan on eating.. but I could not resist. I was so hungry. I had fries (300 calories) and a pizza (250). So now It's 12:30 and I've downed 800 calories...
I haven't eaten since.. and now I am going to skip my dinner. Water for me.. and a vitamin. I am also going to work out tonight. I half assed my tabo work out tape... it's only 8 minutes long, but it is extreem. I am going to redo it because I am mad I didn't put any effort into it the first time. I'm only hurting myself. I am also going to do other exercising, and I will bring my lunch tomorrow.... problem is the choices at home are not a lot. Oh well, how are you girls doing?
